What I bring to the table

15 years of experience in startups building and scaling products. Currently Product Lead at Vai. Previously held product and UX roles at Job Today, Nautal, and Convead, as well as founding smaller startups, running a web studio, and years of product/UX consultancy.

Master’s degree in Computer Science with additional climate and ecological studies. Extensive experience in SaaS B2B, B2C, and two-sided marketplaces across web and mobile apps. I bring systems thinking, visual communication, and disciplined product execution.

I help teams uncover the “why,” design the “what,” and execute the “how” with a product-driven approach.

  • 2. Kickoff & Audit

    If we move forward, I run a short product “health check”: product vision, roadmap, user flows, team setup.

  • 3. Clarity & Priorities

    We identify the most pressing blockers and define either:
    • a clear 60–90 day plan (priorities, quick wins, focus areas), or
    • one-time deliverables (e.g., audit).

  • 4. Advisory & Guidance

    Ongoing support to keep execution on track:
    • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions
    • Async support (Slack, Notion, Loom)
    • Roadmap and backlog reviews

  • 5. Workshops (Optional)

    Hands-on sessions to accelerate progress: vision & strategy, roadmap prioritization, personas, or positioning/storytelling.

  • 6. Review & Adjust

    We measure progress against outcomes (clarity, faster shipping, reduced churn, investor readiness) and adapt as you grow.
