I’ve spent 15+ years building digital products and startups – as a co-founder, product manager, CPO and, quite often, the person doing whatever needed to be done.

Here I share what I've learned about strategy, prioritisation, execution, leadership, teamwork and understanding users – including the mistakes and messy decisions along the way. I no longer work solely as a product manager, but product thinking still shapes everything I do: start with the real problem, question assumptions and build what people actually need.
