    We identify the most pressing blockers and define either:
    • a clear 60–90 day plan (priorities, quick wins, focus areas), or
    • one-time deliverables (e.g., audit, Linkedin profile optimization).

  • 4. Advisory & Guidance

    Ongoing support to keep execution on track:
    • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions
    • Async support (Slack, Notion, Loom)
    • Roadmap and backlog reviews

  • 5. Workshops (Optional)

    Hands-on sessions to accelerate progress: vision & strategy, roadmap prioritization, personas, or positioning/storytelling.
