When should I hire a product consultant instead of a full-time PM?

You should hire a product consultant if you: are early-stage or pre-PM hire; need clarity and momentum fast; don’t need (or can’t justify) a full-time role yet; want senior product input without long onboarding

I work mainly with early-stage SaaS startups (pre-seed to Series A), solo founders, and small teams who need hands-on product leadership and fast execution.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes. Many of my clients are non-technical founders. I help translate ideas into clear product decisions, user flows, and concrete next steps that teams can actually build.

What’s your official status and can you invoice?

Yes. I work as an independent product consultant (Spanish: autónoma) and provide official invoices. I work with EU and international clients.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability. Audits are delivered within 7 days after kickoff.

How do you collaborate with teams?

I work mostly asynchronously and plug into your existing tools (Slack, Notion, Figma, Linear, etc.) to keep collaboration lightweight and efficient.
