I’m a product leader who helps early-stage teams bring clarity to uncertainty and build products that make sense for people and for the planet. I draw on years of hands-on startup experience to help teams cut through the noise, stay focused on what matters, and move forward with clarity.

Over 15 years in digital startups, I’ve shifted from engineering to design to product, led a web studio, and co-founded a few startups. I now lead product at Vai, after earlier chapters with European marketplaces and SaaS platforms Job Today, Nautal and Convead.

These experiences – the successes, the pivots, the messy middle – shaped the way I work: grounded, collaborative, and focused on building products that make sense for people and the planet.

My connection to nature started in childhood – with the forests, rivers, and wildlife around me, and with the books and films that sparked my curiosity early on. That stayed with me.

Later it grew through studying ecology, volunteering at regenerative farms, and creating projects about wildlife and sustainable living. Over time it became a personal mission: supporting teams that protect ecosystems, educate people, and build climate-positive solutions.

I’m originally from Russia and have been living in Barcelona for almost a decade – a place that gives me a healthier work-life balance and the kind of energy only a startup hub mixed with Spanish chaos can create.

I’m an introvert who prefers small gatherings with a close circle of friends, good conversations, and time to recharge. Outside of work, I love gardening and cooking (I’m terrible at both, but I try), and navigating life with two bandit cats and a very patient husband who keeps things interesting.

It’s a simple mix, but it keeps me grounded and reminds me why I care about building things that make sense for people and for the planet.

Working with me is very simple: we talk, understand your needs, make a plan, and get things done.

This can be a one-time job like a product audit with actionable recommendations, or a time-limited collaboration with clear deliverables (for example, a prototype, a prioritised backlog, or a strategy document). We can work in weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on what you need.
